Vegetarian Taco Bell Seasoning Copycat
Vegetarian alternative to Taco Bell’s taco seasoning
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder Dried onion flakes can be used as an alternative
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon Flour Cornstarch can be used as an alternative
- 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon White sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine onion powder, vegetable bouillon granules, flour, garlic salt, ground cumin, paprika, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, white sugar, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference, adding more salt or cayenne pepper if needed.
- Store the vegetarian Taco Bell taco seasoning in an airtight container for future use.
- When ready to use, add the seasoning to your favorite taco fillings, beans, dips, etc.
Notes
I like to store homemade seasonings in small glass jars.
