Dandelion greens are 4x more nutritious than sweet potatoes 

According to a study by the Centers for Disease Control, the leaves of the dandelion plant are about 4x more nutritious than sweet potatoes.  Dandelions are rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and K, and contains vitamin E, folate, and other minerals.  Dandelion can be eaten cooked or raw.
